Returns



All our jewellery goes through a rigorous quality check process as part of the service we offer you. Therefore it is very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us , but in the unlikely event that this may happen we will be happy to return an item for a full refund, then simply notify us by email to enquiries@girliciousjewellery.co.uk or by calling us on 0208 305 2385 within 7 days of receipt and the item can be returned within 14 days of the receipt to the following address:

The purchase must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc. We cannot accept the return of earrings purely for hygiene reasons. Please take extra care with your order as we cannot accept items for a refund if jewellery is not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used. Once the item has been returned to us and we will find it to be in perfect condition then you will be credited with the full purchase price of the item.

You will be responsible for all returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage. In the unfortunate event of a lost package you will be responsible for claims from your delivery company, therefore we recommend sending the package using Recorded or Special Delivery service if in the UK, or another 'Signed For' service if you Overseas.

We will not refund any delivery charges, Paypal transaction fees, Paypal refund fees, sales taxes, customs or import duties that you may have paid in order to secure delivery of the goods to you. You are liable for all costs incurred when returning items to us.
