Shipping

Shipping prices for the UK, Europe and Overseas will be charged per purchase and not per individual item.

UK:

• • Royal Mail First Class - FREE (1-3 working days, including Saturday)

• • First Class Recorded Delivery - FREE (1-3 working days, including Saturday, signature required)

EUROPE:

• • Standard Airmail - £4.50 (5-7 working days)

• • International Signed For - £9.00 (3-5 working days, signature required)

OVERSEAS:

• • Standard Airmail - £5.50 (5-7 working days)

• • International Signed For - £10.00 (3-5 working days, signature required)

GJ offers a Standard Airmail delivery by Royal Mail for deliveries outside the UK, however we do not take responsibility for any delays which can take up to 7 working days depending on the item's destination. Please allow at least 10 days for delivery before contacting customer service by email to enquiries@girliciousjewellery.co.uk

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver items within 1-3 working days of order confirmation delivered using Recorded Signed for Delivery by Royal Mail, although we ask you to allow 5-7 working days for delivery before contacting customer service by email to: enquiries@girliciousjewellery.co.uk

Items marked with an asterisk (*) will be shipped from abroad in 3-10 working days since handmade jewellery is being made after the order is processed.

GJ may delay your order if:

• • we do not have a sufficient stock to fulfil your order;

• • we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

• • there has been a pricing or product description error;

• • if you do not meet our terms and conditions set out in this website.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email. GJ will make a full refund to your credit/debit card as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided to us is incorrect. Once the goods have been sent to the stated address, all risk of damage to, or loss of shall pass on to you.
